The End of August

Hanging out with Chet while the kids are at school.

Blake had a box car derby for cub scouts.  He was to decorate a box as a car and then race it around a path outside.  Grandma came with us!  We went with a patriotic themed car.

We are slowly starting to decorate our walls in our house.

Group hug before Grandma had to go home.  I love this picture and we love Grandma.

We attended our annual stake BBQ.  The kids love all the free unlimited popcorn, shaved ice, and cotton candy.  They also have a bounce house and bounce obstacle course.

Haircuts!

We needed to get some energy out so we went for a walk around the Rec Center.

Cal found something yummy on the floor.  (Sick.)

We put up this gate in the toy room to contain Cal.

Cute little feet on our morning walk.

One on one time with Chet while the kids are at school and Cal is napping.  Chet likes for us to lose when we are playing cooperative games.

Blake, Janie, and Ty each participated in soccer this fall.  That meant we had three practices at the rec center on three different days.  The rest of us played at the park during the practices.  Although we got a little tired of going so often, it was great that we were forced out of the house to spend time outside.
