We took a shuttle to the LAX airport from Newport. Then flew to Chicago and drove to Michigan where we spent the night at our friends house while they were out of town. We had already closed on our house so needed a place to crash. By the time we put everyone to bed, it was 6 a.m. Michigan time. We woke up around 10:00, ran a few errands, and then caravan drove to a hotel in Ohio to begin life there.
