St. Patrick's Day
Some girls from the other ward invited me and the boys over for a St. Patrick's Day party. Chet loved getting his hands painted to make a handprint rainbow. They also searched for gold (rolos). I'm grateful for nice friends who have the energy to plan fun activities!
Eric made mango and sticky rice.
We went to the school for an assembly for the third graders, thanking them for completing their service projects. When Janie's class walked in, Chet became a star and every girl in her class wanted to touch and hold him. I was overwhelmed by it all! So many little kids with germy hands.
We needed to be out of the house while the entertainment center was being worked on. We went to Ty's field trip at the North Olmsted Rec Center. That was a disaster with Chet. Then we went to the mall to play on the toys. We walked around and hung out in the Disney Store. Then we went to McDonalds and had some lunch. That was an exhausting outing!
Blake has made good friends with Will and Ethan from his class. He begged me for some time to contact their parents and ask for them to come over. We invited them over to play and for pizza. Blake loves interacting with friends.
Janie had a UTI so we made a quick run to urgent care on a Saturday. She got a $60 pinwheel and a $60 popsicle out of it.
Lindsey came to visit us for a few days! She is the best. We went to the Science Center Museum downtown. We got a little lost along the way.
